Athletic Republic’s AR-FIT Training supports individuals of all fitness and experience levels. Our small group fitness classes keep our attendee to trainer ratio small, allowing us to introduce personalized modifications to increase/decrease exercise intensity for each individual.

The small group classes encourage a sense of community and allow our welcoming and encouraging trainers to get to know each person on an individual level.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our adult personal training programs offer the ultimate, customized experience. Our trainers take the time to understand your specific goals and objectives – from speed and power development, to sports specific training, to general fitness – and then develop a targeted program to help you achieve those goals.

Start with a Free 45-Minute Fitness Evaluation. You’ll participate in a light workout to assess general strength, flexibility and cardio endurance, and take a tour of the facility.
